Programme
The two-day forum programme was divided in two parts. The first day focuses on the regional Arctic strategies and approaches from the perspective of Russian Arctic regions and local communities, the indigenous, most notably in Russian Arctic border region – the Republic of Karelia. The second day of the programme focuses on the global level and relevant issues on the Arctic security, governance, and international collaborations, including Arctic and non-Arctic stakeholders.
Day 1:
